Genji, a protagonist from classical Japanese literature, slips through time from the 11th century to modern Tokyo. Or more specifically, into the apartment of Fujiwara Saori! The character Genji who appears in this series is a character from Genji Monogatari (The Tale of Genji), recognized as one of the world's first novels, it was written in the early 11th century by Lady Murasaki.
