Before my review, let me tell you some background info.
Wakfu was originally a turn-based MMORPG [free on steam] and, as I write this in February 2017, is celebrating their 5th anniversary. It was turned into a French animated show with 2 season made in 2008. A kickstarter campaign was made to fund an English dubbing of the show in 2014.
My opinion of Wakfu Season 2:
I was 16 and bored one night, so I watched it. Its not bad, but its target audience is kids (6-8) who want a story-oriented, adventure show.
I had no trouble with the story despite not having seen season 1.
The characters are cute (personality) and the art style is not typical of a lot of cartoons. [I don’t think this is an anime, or at least not entirely] The dialogue is plain and simple.
Hiving seen this at the age or 16, I was not entirely amused BUT I was still surprised but a few choices in the story. In the end, I watched for some laughs.
