A kind of pointless prequel, Still worth watching if your a fan of ToV or fantasy anime in general though

Never played the games, so I have a feeling a lot went over my head. But it was a good movie.

Although a prequel, best watched after playing the game. Does a nice job developing Yuri and Flynn and doing what it set out to do.

Great movie that can serve as a prequel to the game. Does it add much to the game? Not really but it also does't hurt to watch!

this was good but I would suggest you just play the game

An okayish prequel, the majority was insignificant towards the games plot and the side inclusions of game charas felt ham fisted. Just okay.

A mostly standard fantasy adventure film. Which makes the second act feeling like a potentially cool horror movie all the more puzzling.

Though it contradicts the game a bit and is generally worse written it's a decent film. That said you should definitly start with the game.
