The "Diamond Delinquent" Akira Kongō transfers to Shiritsu Raimei High School and desipite his insistence that he isn't a banchō (a Japanese student delinquent and gang leader), he quickly rises in the ranks of Shiritsu Raimei's gang until he becomes leader.
