Although not nearly as good as the first season, the second season of Aldnoah.Zero seemed like a logical continuation of the story.

I have to admit that for the first half of this series, I was a little confused on what was going on. Although, that worked to the series’ benefit because when everything was made clear, I thought that the story was very original and genuinely creepy. A warning for the squeamish: this Anime has some very gory moments.

When I first started watching this Anime, it seemed like your generic action story. I tend to like those stories, so I kept watching. As the story progressed, I felt myself becoming invested in the characters and was sad when their stories ended. Overall, this Anime surprised me with how enjoyable and engaging it was.
